We have our own Research & Development team with approved acoustic testing facilities and a group of acoustic experts. We are devoted in developing and testing next generation acoustic products.

The acoustic testing facilities have been set up next to the factory for product development and quality control. In particular, a test rig has been designed and erected for silencer performance testing in accordance with ISO7235:1995 and BS4718:1971. The test rig had been used in a recent West Rail project for Factory Acceptance Test of Splitter units with satisfactory results.

Being the licensed Manufacturer of NAP Silentflo, NAP Acoustics has gained an excellence reputation for the quality of its products and services with the backup of several Manufacturing Plants located in Hong Kong and Shenzhen (Mainland China), Singapore and Melborne (Australia).

The manufacturing plants have up-to-dated manufacturing facilities which include CNC hydraulic press, CNC guillotine, rolling machine, lockformer and latest CAD-CAM equipment. Welding Department is equipped with portable pneumatic controlled spot welding machine, MIG and Arc welding machine. Handling is by means of forklift and cranes with ample space allocated for incoming raw material storage and finished product inspection before dispatch.
